Can anybody learn how to dance?
Yes! All of us that brought you the BallroomDanceSpot.com are committed to teaching you how to dance in a fun, easy way. Dancing can be as easy as walking. Hundreds of thousands have successfully learned how to dance just because they had the desire to learn.
How long will it take to be a good dancer?
The frequency and consistency of your lessons, how often you practice, and your natural ability are some factors that determine how long it may take you to be a good dancer. We can make a much better assessment after your first lesson. Everyone is different. But you will learn.
Do I need a partner?
No. You can learn how to dance with or without a partner.
What is the age range of your students?
Ballroom dancing is enjoyed by people of all ages -from those in their 20’s to those in their 60’s and beyond.
What should I wear for my lessons?
There is no strict dress code for ballroom dancing. Some dress casually, others come in their work clothes. Just avoid restrictive clothing (such as a long tight skirt) and shoes that may slip off while moving (such as mules and flip flops). Even if we come to your work or home.
When can I take lessons?
Since we have many instructors who are available different times, we are available Monday to Sunday. The best times are 1:00pm to 10:00pm. But do know we can make other times if need be, depending on your needs an our availability.
How do I get started?
Getting started is easy. Just call us or go to our contact us page to schedule your first introductory lesson. You’ll get the chance to speak to one of our team members , and experience our system of teaching. We will recommend a starter course to best suit your goals and schedule. If you are not ready to continue, there is absolutely no pressure for you to sign up. Thats what makes us different than most. That and we are mobile. We come to you or you come to us..
